- Types of health data collected: supplement intake records, daily condition ratings (energy, sleep, focus, mood, stress), and health-related notes
- This data may qualify as "Special Care-Required Personal Information" under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI)
- Collection is based on your explicit consent and voluntary input
- All health data is private by default and not shared with third parties
- You may delete your health data at any time through your account settings
- Anonymized aggregate data (minimum 5 users per data point) may be used for community statistics
