We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address), your supplement stack data, daily logs, effect ratings, and reviews. We also collect standard usage data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

2. Sensitive Personal Information (Health Data)

  • Types of health data collected: supplement intake records, daily condition ratings (energy, sleep, focus, mood, stress), and health-related notes
  • This data may qualify as "Special Care-Required Personal Information" under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI)
  • Collection is based on your explicit consent and voluntary input
  • All health data is private by default and not shared with third parties
  • You may delete your health data at any time through your account settings
  • Anonymized aggregate data (minimum 5 users per data point) may be used for community statistics

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. This data does not identify you personally. Your stacks and logs are private by default unless you choose to make them public.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and row-level security on all database tables.
